SASTOJCI KOJI MOGU IZAZVATI ALERGIJE I/ILI INTOLERANCIJE
Alergija ili preosjetljivost na hranu je reakcija organizma na neki od sastojaka hrane, smatrajući ga stranom tvari (antigenom) s posljedičnom promjenom imunološkog odgovora organizma. Alergen je organizmu strana tvar (antigen) koja može potaknuti alergijsku reakciju. Intolerancija ili nepodnošljivost neke hrane i/ili njenih sastojaka uzrokovana prirođenim ili stečenim nedostacima u enzimskom i imunološkom sustavu nužnom za probavu hrane.
INGREDIENTS WHICH MAY CAUSE ALLERGIES AND/OR INTOLERANCE
Allergy or hypersensitivity to food is a reaction of the organism to a food ingredient, regarded as a foreign substance (antigen) with the consequential change of the organism’s immune response.
An allergen is a substance alien to the organism (antigen) which can trigger an allergic reaction. Intolerance to some food and/or its ingredients is caused by innate or acquired defects in the enzymatic and immune systems necessary for food digestion.
